I think it still will take a while to realize everything.
When I was 23 and had my first RC30 I started to think about a perfect Motorcycle, weightwise, Powerwise ... later then regarding Distribution of weight.
Got it now.

As I know what's good and I've got it know I'm at then End of a very long way, no longer driven to create my own Bike.

So that's a major thing, have to rethink the structure of my Business from now on, have to pick up what I've left on the way ...

...at least the past 6 years.

Ich denke, dass es ab jetzt noch eine Weile brauchen wird, bis ich alles realisiert habe.
Denn - mit 23 Jahren, wo ich meine erste RC30 hatte- hatte ich bereits eine konkrete Vorstellung, wie MEIN Motorrad beschaffen sein sollte, von Seiten der Leistung, von seiten des Gewichts.
Später dann auch bezüglich der Gewichtsverteilung.
Und: ich hab's jetzt.

Es war ein langer Weg, der aber letzten Endes zum Ziel führte.

Nicht länger getrieben werde ich wohl erstmal aufholen müssen, was ich die letzten 6 Jahre wenigstens am Wegesrande habe liegen lassen.

Das ist... was unten geschrieben steht.

Found out the main "Problem" of my Business

It is, simple said:
I've got too much Innovations compared to my Production Capacity

That leads into just be able to demonstrate what's possible.... without being able to deliver/fab the stuff for customers

This is what I'm trying to change from now on.
So I will slow down a bit with Innovations, and focus myself more to be able to fab all the Parts.

That's a long Term change, and not done within a couple of days, but at least some kinda Strategy which I will focus from now on

Irgendwie habe ich das "Hauptproblem" meines "Business" herausgefunden:

Meine Produktinnovationen wachsen einfach wesentlich schneller, als meine Möglichkeiten, diese für Kunden zu fertigen.

Ich bin dabei, dieses zu ändern, schon seit etwa 4 Wochen:
Doch das geht logischerweise nicht von heute auf morgen.

Es ist eben eine Form von Langfriststrategie, welche mich im Augenblick dazu bringt, etwas mehr mit "Innovationen" innezuhalten, und mich mehr darauf zu konzentrieren, dass ich auch die Sachen liefern kann, welche ich mir so ausgedacht habe.

Building light Biked, building sophisticated Electronics, programming complicated Traction Control Setups do not strain my Brain too much meanwhile, so I  will focus myself from now on to be able to offer the developments for customers.

Es beansprucht mich alles mittlerweile nicht mehr allzusehr, leichte Motorräder zu bauen, "komplizierte" Kabelbäume mit jeder Menge Sensorik zu entwerfen, verschachtelte Tractionskontrollen mit Dutzenden von Einflussparametern zu konfigurieren, daher ich mich ab jetzt in der Lage sehe, diese Entwicklungen zwar nicht einer breiten Masse, doch immerhin einigen Interessierten anzubieten.

Was Time.
Gulag as always I hammered together a electronics Section into my Workshop. Far not done, what you see here is the result after 8 hrs. of work. Not all the Instruments and electronic devices I need have arrived, but at least we've gotta start.
Behind the curtain there's far more done or close to be done than you might think. Of course " my Workstation " looks kinda primitive.

But it is, as it always is .
The best Machines won't help you if you've got no Idea what to to with'em, opposite - a smart Idea is realizable with only a few " little helpers " . Consider 40 years ago roughly man has been able to fly to the Moon, while Japan announces now their first manned flight to the Moon for 2025.......60 years later.

Es war wie immer.
Eine Idee, und das Gefühl " es ist an der Zeit ", und dann grob zusammengehämmert den Scheiss, bis dann ein irgendwie funktionierender Arbeitsplatz für Electronic nach vielleicht 8 Stunden Arbeit entstanden war .
Vielleicht habe ich da auch in Richtung Electronic einen Vorteil innerhalb des normlen Motorrad-Breichs , da ich bereits kurz nach der Grundschule mich "nebenbei" mit diesem Thema beschäftigt habe . Wie auch immer - die besten Maschinen und Geräte nützen einem nichts, wenn man damit nichts anzufangen weiss. Doch umgekehrt, eine kleine Idee nur schafft sich den Weg, diese zu realisieren.

Mehr später , eine eigene Motorrad-Electronic Seite ist bereits grundsätzlich eingerichtet.

I don't expect the Situation will change until June, because next to all the work I have to finish my 1098 until end of May.
