Requirements ( additional  to M800 ) :

You may have noticed from the Pictures of the 600RR we built , that the Brakedisc do have a strange design , with the grooves at the outside .
Those grooves are " Readerslots " , which provide the TC System with a very accurate signal about the wheel speed front and rear .
40 Readerslots are distributed among the Brakedisc , a Solution which I have chosen ,to avoid a 2nd grooved disc only to measure the speed .
But it is not of concern , a TC System will work with ANY grooved metal disc , but it's a combo together with the reading sensor , which has to match the specs of the readerslots-disc ( as for material / clearance / max Hz reading specs of the Sensor ,etc. )

It is of course a very sensitive System ,which is requiring a VERY accurate routing of the wires , accurate crimping of the connectors , and of course real QUALITY of the Connectors . All TC sensitive Connectors I would use from Co. Deutsch , which is supplying all GP Teams , WSBK , Formula 1 , Military , and so on .

And : for best results of the TC I  recommend a Linear Sensor (150mm ) for the Fork , which indicates the Position of the Fork .

The light blue line shows when the TC is busy
